Aldan, Slave Turned Warrior

By Kathrese McKee | Feature

For the next several weeks, I will be posting quotes from Mardan's Anointed.

Aldan, Slave Turned Warrior

The following quote contains some of Aldan's thoughts on war. At the beginning of Mardan's Mark, Aldan was the slave of a Norlan pirate captain. Freed from that life, he chooses to take sides against Norland. In doing so, he must learn to be a warrior but more than that, a leader. As such, he will send men to their deaths and—worse, yet—men will choose to die for him.

Follow Aldan's transformation in the Mardan's Mark series. Be sure to tweet, share, and pin this quote. Thanks for your help in getting the word out about Mardan's Anointed.
